Refund Policy

De Onze (Pvt) Ltd guarantees the quality, freshness, and value of every order we deliver. All deliveries are scheduled for the selected delivery date, and we make every reasonable effort to meet preferred delivery time windows. However, delivery at an exact time cannot be guaranteed.

 

If you are not fully satisfied with your order due to damage, quality issues, or loss during delivery, please notify De Onze within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints received after this period may not be eligible for review.

 

Certain delivery locations, including hospitals, hotels, apartments, and high-security premises, may be subject to special delivery conditions beyond our control.

Following a standard review process, De Onze will either:

Arrange a replacement delivery to the recipient, or

Provide a full refund of the purchase price, where applicable.

 

For refund or replacement requests, customers must contact De Onze (Pvt) Ltd within two (2) days from the delivery date through our official communication channels.
